Pool Lifeguard Courses

Listed below are Pool Lifeguard courses being run by NSVL in the coming months:

• Intensive Courses - x 1: October 2006
• Weekend Courses x 1: November 2006
• Evening Courses x 0

For all courses, the following pre-requisites apply:

• At least 16 years of age prior to commencing training
• Be able to jump/dive into deep water
• Swim 100m continuously on front and back in deep water, then tread water for 30 seconds
• Surface dive to the floor at the deepest part of the pool
• Climb out of the pool unaided without ladder/steps

Intensive Courses

Location:

North Tyneside, North-East England

Required attendance dates and times:

Monday to Sunday 23rd-29th October 2006. 8.00am till 4.30pm each day. You MUST attend all sessions.

Weekend Courses

Location:

North Tyneside, North-East England

Required attendance dates and times:

Saturdays and Sundays: 11th, 12th, 18th, 19th, 25th, 26th November 2006. 8.00am till 4.30pm each day. You MUST attend all sessions.
