Courses are listed below, if you would like to speak to someone in person or get a taster, then why not come down on a Sunday afternoon?

We are at our Headquarters on the Central Lower Promenade, Whitley Bay from 12.30-4.30pm and then at Whitley Bay Leisure Pool from 5.00-7.00pm.

Next Courses

• Sundays, autumn 2006
• Required attendance dates: Sundays 15 October to 3 December inclusive, 11am-7pm
• You must be 16 years of age or over, be generally fit and be able to swim 400m on your front without stopping.
• Base cost £120 inclusive.
• Sunday 15 October is a compulsory taster session which will run in the afternoon for prospective candidates to get an idea of what the course involves and check you can meet the pre-requisite fitness criteria. A £60 payment must be made on successful completion of the taster session if you still wish to attend, with the remaining amount due on the first day of the course.
• Wet suits are essential for the course. If you do not have your own you can hire one for the duration of the course for £10.
