We are always keen to welcome new members from age 13+ to adult and have a variety of prgrammes and awards to suit everyone. Our Rookies section for children aged 6-12 is currently fully subscribed, but we operate a waiting list which you can register for here.

Whether you are interested in becoming a lifeguard, want to learn more about lifesaving or just want to support the club, then why not join?

You can come along to our pool sessions to get a taster for 2 weeks with no obligation to join.

As a member you get access to all the facilities and training the club has to offer, along with a great social life. Current membership rates are just £10 for adults and £5 for under 18s.

To join you need to download and complete a membership form and either post to the address at the top of the form or come along to any NSVL training session (we're at our headquarters on the Lower Promenade, Whitley Bay on Sundays from 1-5pm and at Whitley Bay Leisure Pool from 5-7pm).
