This site is arranged in sections which are accessible by clicking the buttons at the top and left of every page.

Within each section there are a number of pages, and these can be accessed from the section links on the left hand side of the page.

If you have difficulty reading the link names, or would prefer to see all pages at a glance, alternative navigation is available from the site map which has direct links to all pages. This can be accessed at any time by clicking on the site map link at the top of the page.

Use of Training Resources

While the information contained in training resources on this site has been compiled from official RLSS sources, it has been adapted to suit the needs of ongoing training. Resources are intended to complement existing RLSS UK publications rather than replace them. None of the checklists are intended to be official examination checklists and are only intended for use in ongoing training.

However, they should not be a substuitute for training being signed off in logbooks - they are intended to be kept as the Approved Training Centre's training records and should be stored for 7 years at the ATC and made available to External Verifiers. While every effort has been made to ensure training resources are technically correct and they have been checked by a number of Staff NTAs, NTAs and TAs, North Sea Volunteer Lifeguards cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions and takes no responsibility for the consequences of error or for any loss or damage suffered by users of any of the information published on any of these pages.
